Yoga Class Descriptions

All-Levels: Class is suitable for all ability levels.

Level 1: Class is intended for students who are new to yoga or who are looking to refresh the fundamentals.

Level 2: Class is intended for those with an established physical practice and are looking for a bit more challenge.

Level 3: Class is intended for students with an advanced physical practice. Cuing will be limited.


Beginner Yoga | Level 1
Start your yoga journey with a solid foundation. This class is designed for those new to yoga, focusing on basic poses, alignment, and breath work.

Vinyasa | Levels 1, 2, 3 and All-Levels
Flow through dynamic sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, there’s a level for everyone. Available in multiple levels.

Slow Flow | All-Levels
Move mindfully and with intention in this gentle, flowing practice. Perfect for those looking to slow down, connect with their breath, and cultivate inner peace.

Restorative Yoga | Level 1
Melt away stress and tension in this deeply relaxing practice. Supported poses and gentle stretches help you restore balance and rejuvenate your body and mind.

Power Yoga | Level 2
Challenge yourself with a vigorous, high-energy practice that builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. Get ready to sweat and feel the burn!

Flow and Restore | All-Levels
The perfect blend of movement and relaxation. Flow through a dynamic sequence, then wind down with restorative poses that leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.

Yin and Yang Yoga | All-Levels
Find harmony in this class that combines the strength and energy of yang with the deep stretches and relaxation of yin. Perfect for balancing your body and mind.

Rocket Yoga | Level 2/3
Experience an invigorating practice that combines traditional Ashtanga with modern twists. Rocket Yoga is all about challenging your limits and breaking boundaries.

Pranayama & Yoga Nidra | All-Levels
Dive deep into the power of breath and experience profound relaxation. This class combines breath control techniques with a guided meditation that takes you to a state of deep rest.

Yin Yoga | All-Levels

Prenatal Yoga | Level 1

Warm Yoga
Looking to turn up the heat? Some of our classes offer a warm option, perfect for those who enjoy practicing in a heated environment. Warm classes will be designated with the word "warm" in front of class titles on our schedule.
