  • This is my first time coming to class! What do I need to bring? For most of our classes, all you need is an open mind and a water bottle. If you’re attending a specific class and have questions about what to bring, feel free to reach out to us!

  • What is your late policy? To maintain a peaceful and distraction-free environment for our students and instructors, doors are locked 5 minutes after the start of each class. Please plan to arrive on time.

  • How hot are your warm classes? Our warm classes are heated to a cozy 85-95 degrees, perfect for enhancing your practice without feeling overwhelming.

  • Are you hiring instructors? Yes! If you’re passionate about teaching, we’d love to hear from you. Check out our career opportunities here.

  • I want to bring my kids to class with me! Are your classes all ages? Our non-heated classes are open to students aged 13 and up, while our heated classes are for those 16 and older. For safety and insurance reasons, children under these ages are not allowed in class or to wait in the lobby. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Can I rent studio space at The Nest? Absolutely! Whether you’re planning a one-hour session or a multi-day event, we offer private rental packages tailored to your needs. Share the details of your event with us here to get started here.

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?

    • Classes: Cancel more than 2 hours before class to receive an automatic refund. Late cancellations (within 2 hours of class start) are non-refundable.

    • Workshops & Events: These are non-refundable as we rely on a minimum number of participants to run them.

    • Class Packs & Memberships: All sales are final.

  • How do I freeze or make changes to my membership? For cancellations and freeze requests, please fill out our membership request form here. Please note this is the only way to cancel or freeze your account. We are unable to process member changes at our front desk.

  • I want to take classes, but membership would be financially straining on me. What options do you have? We don’t want money to ever be the reason that someone can’t practice with us. We’ve set up the following two programs to ensure that anyone who wants to practice can practice.

    • Work/Study: Commit to one two-hour shift per week, and you’ll receive unlimited group classes, discounts on workshops, and more. Learn about the program and apply here.

    • Membership Assistance Program: This initiative, fueled by unused guest passes from active members, provides four free class passes per month to those who qualify. While our program is currently at capacity, you can join our waitlist by filling out our application form here.
