Here, freedom begins on the mat and radiates through every part of your life.
No perfect poses, no expectations. Just you, your mat, and the space to be real. Step into The Nest and find your sanctuary, your spark, your people.
Whether you’re powering through a high-intensity yoga flow, finding balance in a slower practice, or igniting your strength with barre, pole dancing, or Pilates, our Movement Classes offer something for everyone.
Whether it’s a one-on-one session, a private group ceremony, or a custom corporate event, The Nest offers tailored experiences to meet your unique needs. Celebrate special moments, deepen your practice, or bring your team together with sessions designed just for you.
Our workshops and events offer the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice, explore new themes, or just connect with the community. From seasonal workshops to special gatherings, there's always something happening at The Nest.
Our retreats are designed to create space for deep transformation. Rooted in our Living in Season framework, each journey invites you to align with the natural rhythms of the world and the evolving seasons within yourself. Through Winter’s rest, Spring’s renewal, Summer’s joy, and Fall’s reflection, every retreat offers a guided experience to nurture your mind, body, and soul.
To create a space where anyone could return to their body, reconnect with their spirit, and rediscover their strength. Rooted in their own backgrounds—Liz in dance and Nicole in yoga—the studio was born as a haven for movement, healing, and community. A place to be nurtured and grow, then fly—always with a safe place to return home.
Since opening, both founders have continued to evolve alongside The Nest. Liz now teaches Pilates, bringing a deep awareness of form and flow, while Nicole leads yoga classes, transformational retreats, and healing circles that invite meaningful change. Together, they pour their hearts into everything The Nest offers—because it’s not just a studio. It’s a living, breathing community that transforms lives… including their own.

This will be a space to connect, explore, and chat openly about anything you’re wondering, whether it's the curriculum, time commitment, pricing, teaching pathways, or what it’s like to do this kind of deep personal work in a group.

Inversion Workshop
Maybe you've been curious about inversions for a while but aren't sure where to start. Maybe you've taken flight and you're looking for ways to progress. Either way, this is a space to explore.
Over two hours, we'll get into the real stuff: how your body actually works in an inversion, what it needs to feel strong and supported, and how to build from where you are right now. You'll leave with a deeper understanding of your own body and a set of tools you can actually use.
cost: $21 (Member) | $30 (non-memer)
WHEN: FRIday, MAy 22nd | 6:45 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.
Advanced Transitions
If you've been practicing for a while, you know that getting into a pose is one thing. Moving through it with intention, with control, with something that actually feels like flow, is another. This workshop is for those who are ready to go deeper into that in-between space.
We'll break down some of the more technical transitions that show up in an advanced asana practice: floating forward and back, arm balance transitions, and the kind of fluid movement through vinyasa that makes a sequence feel seamless rather than segmented. You'll understand not just the what but the how: the subtle shifts in weight, breath, and body awareness that make these transitions possible.
cost: $21 (MEMBER) | $30 (NON-member)
WHEN: FRIday, JUN 12th | 6:45 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.
