meet your guides

our retreats are more than just getaways—they are immersive experiences designed to bring you into deeper alignment with yourself and the rhythms of the natural world. Each retreat is guided by passionate, experienced teachers who are dedicated to creating space for transformation, connection, and adventure.

With a deep love for adventure, yoga, and sustainable living, Nicole believes in the transformative power of aligning with nature’s rhythms.

She has spent years cultivating a practice that honors the changing seasons, weaving that wisdom into each retreat through transformative workshops, yoga practices, and immersive outdoor experiences. Sidney Nelson – The Yosemite Retreat

Sidney believes that yoga is for every body and that growth happens when we lean into both challenge and reflection. As a Registered Yoga Teacher, she brings a strength-focused approach to her vinyasa-style flows, integrating mindful movement with empowering intention. For Sidney, the practice of yoga extends far beyond the physical—it is a tool for resilience, presence, and self-discovery.

As a teacher, Sidney creates space for students to step outside of their comfort zones, build confidence, and explore their edge in a way that feels both empowering and accessible. In Yosemite, she will guide movement and mindfulness practices that challenge and support you, helping you embrace the beauty of letting go, shifting seasons, and stepping into the unknown with strength and curiosity.
