    Slow Flow

    Warm Flow
    All the fluidity and creativity of our Flow class, with the added warmth of a heated room (85-90°F). The gentle heat enhances mobility and deepens breath awareness, making movement feel natural, spacious, and grounding.

    Warm Power Flow

    Rocket
