Please use the following form to request a membership freeze. Memberships may be frozen once per calendar year for one, two, or three months.
Please note that as of March 1, 2026, all freezes will align with your membership billing cycle. we require at least 7 days notice before your next billing date s0 that your freeze can be processed in time. if a freeze is requested with less than 7 days notice, the freeze will begin on the following billing cycle.
